At Officebility™, we do our best to prepare each order carefully so your office supplies and workspace accessories arrive in good condition.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after they are placed. Processing time may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, high-order periods, or when an item requires extra handling before shipment.

Once your order has been prepared and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details when available.

Packaging

Small desk accessories, such as organizers, glue sticks, stationery tools, and compact storage items, may ship in protective lightweight packaging.

Larger workstation products, such as laptop stands, monitor risers, keyboard trays, or multi-section organizers, may require sturdier packaging to help protect the item during transit.

Packaging style may vary depending on product size, shape, and carrier requirements.

Delivery Time

After shipment, most orders are expected to arrive within 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier volume, weather, customs review, address issues, or regional delivery conditions.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after the label is created. In some cases, the carrier system updates only after the package has been scanned into their network.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Apartment numbers, suite numbers, building names, company names, and postal codes should be entered correctly to help avoid delivery delays.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be delayed, returned, or marked as undeliverable by the carrier.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or if your package appears delayed, please contact our support team. We can help review the order details, check the tracking status, and provide the next available steps based on the carrier information.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, especially when products differ in size or require different packaging. If this happens, tracking details may be provided separately when available.
