Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives with a clear delivery-related issue, please contact support soon after receipt. Photos may be needed to help verify the situation and determine the appropriate next step.

Review After Return Arrival

Returned items may be inspected after receipt. Approval depends on whether the product matches the submitted request and complies with the condition requirements in this policy.

Return Shipping

Shipping responsibility may vary by case. When an item is confirmed to be incorrect, defective upon arrival, or damaged in transit, the matter will be reviewed accordingly. For other approved return reasons, return shipping may remain the customer’s responsibility unless support states otherwise.
